   I have been going here to Kathy for many years now. I’ve never had any problems with nails pinging off like I have had at other nail salons. Kathy knows what I like and we always have fun deciding what colour and design we will chose this time…..I usually leave it up to her! Always clean, tidy and friendly and I’ll be back again in a couple of weeks.

   My little finger was cut by the drill she used. Gel was all over my fingers . Awful I didn't realise how bad they were until I got outside and saw in the daylight. I called them and said I was not happy at all and was coming back to have them fixed. Luckily I got the girl who is normally there and she corrected all my nails. Won't be going back. MAY 2017.... UPDATE 11 MONTHS ON. I decided to try them once more today APRIL 2018 stupidly thinking they would have improved... nearly 3 hours later I finally leave.. but only after the same lady that did nails before was drill happy... I lost count how many times she used the drill... she must have got rid of all the acrylic she had just put on because on one of my nails she actually drilled through to my nail bed which made me snatch my hand away in pain. Then one of my nails was gelled to my finger so she tried to file it to free it !!!! hence filing my finger instead of nail... !!! The gel she then put on she watered it down which made it run all down my fingers all she said was sorry..... I couldn't wait go get out .. went in for infills and was quoted £18 but charged £27 and to be honest I wanted to get out that quickly I didn't argue I paid & run.. never will I go back there again. My thumb nail that she drilled through is absolutely killing me now...
