    i am attaching my order receid no dayed 4 january and bed broken email at 13 febrary such a bad company and bed broken e mail at Hi i must say this is very bad company the welcome you only when the ferniture did not deliverd i buy 1200 bed from them in 2 month bed wood came out i was very surprized when i ask for warranty they said it will charge 190£ to send it to where house if this covers in watranty we will examine i am surprized in 2 month bed broke and they asking we will see this is your fault or manufacture they are unbeliveable bad company i dont know what rhey will do next i will update here what they did they did coprate or not and every good company arrange item collection free if in warranty not charge 190£ like this

    Your Lucky you even have one star! From reviews I have read if all goes well then you are lucky but if you are unlucky to have something go wrong be prepared. I went to the company regarding a bed I loved each time I called the delivery time was months ahead, seeing my need for a bed sooner Tamer offered me the same bed which had a rattan end post and head board and said he could upholster this for an extra £500! Although this was frustrating I agreed and we agreed that the material they advertised one line was shipped over and that they would upholster with a company they use close by. Now whether this is true or this was a way to get more money out of me I do not know. The bed arrived, delivery guys were extremely helpful and delivered the bed to out top floor landing right next to our bedroom. The packing was wrapped very well and took some time to carefully removed. As most people you go ahead and start building the bed which we did. When we go to the side bars of the bed the left one had a split in the wood so ww were unable to tighten the screws. We decided to continue as we assumed Crown would just send us a new side post. Continuing to put up the bed we then found a dent on the end post of the bed, this dent to me looked like it was there when he bed was made as the varnish was not damaged in anyway which I would expect from a dent of this size. We took picture of each item and sent them to Crown immediately. The first response I got was they often get the side post problem but that they checked this carefully before it left and they said the bed was perfect in every way no dent and no damage to the side post. How we can damage wood that is already split I am yet to find out!!!! After some conversation Tamer was very apologetic and agreed to replace the side post which was the greater concern for me as this may cause some problem with the integrity of the bed in future and it was agreed they would send me a new side rail (Perfect!) After chasing a new rail arrive and this time the delivery company came and took the bed apart to take the old side rail off and put the new side rail on in doing this the new side rails holes were not in line with the bed I already had although this was meant to be a template of all the beds so it should have been the same. The delivery company put our bed back together and returned the new post to Crown. Crown later returned to us saying they were sorry and did we want compnesation to keep the bed as is or return the entire bed back and start again. We responded with £500 compensation for the large dent and a new side post or a new bed. Once we put this forward the mood changed and we received an email from a lady from the office stating it was our damage we done when we received the bed and said this happened when we took the bed upstairs as they claimed the bed was delivered downstairs and then we must have dropped these items. I am now taking this matter further and will endeavour to make sure their company is known by as many as possible to NOT buy with them. In further research and reviews found somewhere else Tamer responded to a complaint as a Owner but when we discussed compensation originally Tamer said he had to ask hes managers. We mentioned this to the lady who responded and she said he was an owner but not longer is but remained with the company - Suspicious or what, WHAT DID YOU TAKEN OFF FROM BEING A OWNER TAMER!!!!.

    STAY CLEAR!!! Business very unprofessional, feel sorry for staff members having to deal with so much trouble. Had originally ordered a king size bed and only had a double arrive. The Process to get the issue sorted was way too much trouble than it should’ve been. Also been made aware the company are blocking any negative comments which I find unbelievable when the business has been ran the way it has been. Diabolical.

    The Company has gone into liquidation, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING. We paid A LOT of money for a table and it has been a complete nightmare trying to get an update on our order. This explains why. They took our money and have been outright lying to us. We have been told that we now need to go through our bank if we want our money back. Disgraceful. We drove nearly 4 hours to see the table before buying, too.

    Can't review anything other than communication as we didn't get to experience any other aspect of the business. Ordered a bed which we were told was in stock. That bed was apparently damaged, so they ordered a replacement, and that's when it all started to go wrong as over the following two months they kept making promises which they never followed up on, each time they promised to call us back or send an email with information, they failed to do so. It became a frustrating game of calling them to be given excuses and further promises which were broken. Every delivery date we were promised we scheduled to be at home, only for them to completely neglect to inform us was not going to happen. So much time wasted which could have been avoided only if they kept us informed as they promised. Their managers conveniently happen to be in meetings too busy to speak to customers and whenever I asked for a specific person, I was given a different name of who was actually in charge, conveniently always someone who was either absent or in a meeting. The moving goalposts, the opaqueness and the outright lies finally forced us to cancel the order. As expected, it takes 2 weeks for them to process it, but it took them minutes to charge us in the first place. Terrible business.

    Living in France it is extremely difficult to find beautiful, statement bedroom furniture. After an extensive search on the internet the only place I could find what I wanted was Crown French Furniture. From my first telephone call to the last, over 6 months every employee has been helpful, courteous and keen to assist in any way possible. I placed a large order and although slightly delayed by a month (due to COVID I believe) the items arrived and are outstanding beautiful. The quality id excellent and beyond my expectation. I am always nervous about ordering such important items over the internet, without having seen them in person, but they exceeded my expectations. I had one item custom made to fit a space (it is perfect and just what we wanted) and I custom chose the fabric on the upholstered items to get just what was in my mind. Crown French Furniture arranged for a huge amount of fabric samples to be sent to me and they supported my desire to get the right fabric for me. Every item was wrapped very carefully and thoroughly and survived the long journey from their manufacturers all the way to the south of France. Everyone loves the look I have been able to create and so do I.

    From ordering to delivery, Tamer and all the staff were so helpful and accommodating. I have had so many compliments about the furniture, too many to count. The pictures do not do justice to all these pieces in the room, they look stunning and fresh, a twist of old with new. We loved the sideboard and wardrobe so much, Tamer went above and beyond and had the desk custom made to fit into an awkward alcove. The service Crown French Furniture have provided us has been magnificent, the difference is every member of staff cares, especially the delivery guys, they were superb!
