   Good friendly welcoming staff, fun vibe, nightclub inside and multiple rooms for private events. In the heart of Nottingham City centre, excellent location. Car park underneath which is handy and free for Casino customers.

   Blatantly racist and unprofessional management. Honestly, I’ve never experienced anything this disgusting. We showed up with our Indian driving licenses which every other casino accepts and were treated like absolute garbage. First, the guy at the reception said my ID was fine but my boyfriend’s wasn’t because “it’s a newer one and not in the system.” Fine. We literally rushed back home to grab another form of ID, only to return and suddenly my ID wasn’t okay either. And guess what? Now both the manager (a rude, dismissive woman) and the same receptionist completely denied ever saying what they did earlier. Just straight up lying to our faces. The way they handled the whole situation was shady, insulting, and completely unprofessional. If you’re not white, don’t bother going. Just pathetic. Wasted our time

   Never visited here before and I wasn't disappointed. My friend had booked a Groupon voucher for Afternoon tea, it was fantastic. We had the choice between two cocktails but we both opted for the Martin. We were also given the choice of tea, as they didn't have Assam I selected English breakfast tea mix. The selection of food that was bought out to us was fabulous, much better than other venues I have visited. There was a lot of detail in the presentation. If you have something to celebrate I would definitely recommend this as a venue. If you don't book through Groupon it does cost slightly more but you do get more choice of cocktails. Don't forget to book as tines are limited for the service of afternoon tea
