   We’ve just had Amtico flooring laid in our refurbished conservatory by DRW Flooring, and the whole experience has been excellent from start to finish. The initial measuring and estimate by Daniel were clear and professional, setting the tone for the rest of the project. A big thank you to Jacob, Sam and Jack, whose craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding – the floor looks fantastic. Communication throughout was smooth and straightforward, and their online platform made everything effortless.    I have this week had my dining and kitchen floors laid with Karndean tiles. I am absolutely thrilled with how it now looks! I have to say that my experience with yourselves has been exemplary, I've not known communication like this in many years! So appreciated... Aaron laid my floor and from the time he came to the house, absolutely on time each morning, to the time he left, his attention to and standard of work was faultless.    We are totally satisfied with the service we have received from the minute we visited the showroom to the flooring being laid. Everyone we came into contact with were a credit to the company. Nothing was too much trouble, everyone was very patient , knowledgeable and helpful. Any online queries were promptly answered . The workmanship laying our Karndean is excellent. Dan was punctual, tidy and very skilled at what he does and a great guy too. Can’t fault this family based company..good old fashioned customer service. Would definitely use them again and will recommend

   In December our new kitchen was nearing completion and the company we had booked let us down. As this time of year is very busy we were going to struggle to find someone to complete this before Christmas. We contacted DRW flooring and they were so helpful and responsive and managed to fit our LVT flooring before Christmas. They have a lovely showroom that made it easier to choose the right flooring. I would definitely use them again for future work.

   Wow, can’t thank the guys enough for an absolutely stunning job, laying our new Karndean floor to our kitchen and bathroom. We had 2 other local companies out to quote and DRW submitted there’s the same day they visited and it was totally competitive whilst we had to wait a week for the others. What a great family run company, run by 2 friends from their schooldays, even dad is running the Warehouse. Fabulous advice, nothing is too much trouble and such a personal touch, which is rare these days. The quality and attention to detail when the floor was laid, I can only describe as OUTSTANDING. We will be back to them next year to get the lounge and hallway done. Thank you again
