Great shop where you get to see and touch the products, speak to a human that generally knows what they are talking about and the prices are competitive....very refreshing. Good range of stuff. I love this shop..only go to screwfix/B&Q etc when they don't have what I require (which is not often). Thanks Machinemart.
I haven't been to machine mart in years, I needed a chainsaw chain and thought of machine mart, they provided me with the chain I needed, with the option of returning it if it didn't fit, well it fitted perfectly, the price was reasonable, their expertise hasn't changed, they advise, and ensure you get what you need
Bike workbench ordered, arrived on time, picked it up from shop, the 2 guys in the Plymouth shop gave outstanding service, I cannot speak high enough about them, brilliant !
Excellent man-shop experience! Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful with great product knowledge. I've ordered on-line from Machine Mart many times but this was first time I've been into one of their shops. Definately the way forward....! Will use again!
Plymouth store is so poorly ru I don't know how it's still running. Staff our untrained and rude. Anyone thinking on shopping there I think again and go somewhere else
I don't like to give negative feedbacks but manager of the shop refused to accept return of a product which I had bought a day before despite I had a receipt with me and the product was unopened. Overall the manager of the shop is very grumpy. I won't buy there again. I lost £50
I have been using the Plymouth store for over 7 years and always found them very good and helpful.i do wish they would open a store in Cornwall especially Truro I know it would be be well used as we have to drive 40+ miles to Plymouth store
Needed a temporary garage and unfortunately the size I wanted was not in stock. Delivery would be 5 days on a pallet which was too long. Looked at what was in stock with the helpful staff and went one size up. Always had a good experience at this store but supply chain affecting everyone these days.
I recently purchased a new stove at Machine Mart & the service I received was superb. Rob gave some brilliant advice on the fitting of the flue pipes & general installation. Nothing was too much trouble . He was very friendly & very helpful. I will definitely be shopping there again .
