    If I could give it a lower review I would. Visited on 25/10/24 at around 19:20. Went to pay at the till and was greeted by a rude cashier male in his mid 20s late 30s. I was asked for my ID and when I gave it to him he didn't even look at it and refused the sale. Then my father went to buy his items and he refused my father's sale because I didn't have ID. I tried to explain that if he just looked at my ID he would see I was of age and he ignored me. Very sarcastic, rude and definitely not fit for a customer facing role. Having worked in an off liscence myself he did not handle himself correctly and it costs nothing to be kind. Will not be back!

    Rude fella behind the til really enjoyed asking a 30 year old girl for ID and not selling me because I didn’t have it. Gave a cheeky ‘have a good day’ after then proceeded to also not sell my mum anything because he knew it was for me. Said I look underage when I clearly don’t. I would say fair enough he’s just doing his job in most cases but he was clearly enjoying the power trip the loser. Won’t be back

    Bad rude attitude of teen.. no one at the Till or counter..had to ring over 10 times for any response as they were all at the back room. He then berated me and shouted at me for ringing the bell...bad attutide and no apology for not being there.. Does not know how to treat a customer. I will be reporting this ignorant rude bad attitude further to a manager.
