The real star of the show, however, was James. Between serving a seemingly never-ending stream of sometimes-rowdy customers, and tidying up after not one, but two customer-induced spillages in the beer section (come on now, lads), James very kindly gave me his time and diligently helped me pick out two superb bottles of red and white that I am due to give as gifts tomorrow morning.
