The guy with tattoos behind the till was so rude, I just asked a simple question about a product and he behaved so insulting. This kind of people make a business look bad while others are doing their job perfectly
If you need instant noodles, this is the place to come! If you want anything else at all, keep walking and get it all at Aldi. The selection of products is so bafflingly poor here, I don't know how it has stayed open for as long as it has.
I use this store often and enjoy the bakery and variety they offer. I was disappointed this weekend to see the store a mess, boxes astray, stickers reels on the floor and produce on the floor unrefrigerated and left. A big shame, from either a lack of care by employees (4 members of staff were observed so not understaffed) or poor management allowing these standards. I hope this gets resolved.
Another aspect that I found impressive was the cleanliness of the store. The aisles were well-organized and the shelves were neatly stocked. I was able to navigate through the store easily and find everything I needed without any hassle. It was clear that the staff took great pride in maintaining a clean and organized store, which only added to the overall positive shopping experience.
Their self service tills are awful. Tiny little platform to put your items on. Still have to wait for the cashier to verify age and put in pin etc. Could have a camera confirmation like on coop up the road Sandra!!!!!
Stock selection is weird. Had at least 6 different types of hummus but no taramasalata. The last time I was there they didn't stock a single product on my nectar prices or points offers. Just ridiculous!
I ordered from Sainsbury's a couple of times and was ok,l wasn't really impressed. This little store however changed that. I started ordering from here a couple of months ago and I never went back to ordering from anywhere else. It's fast, convenient and most importantly has a decent selection of foods. I also like the fact that if an item is not in stock it gets removed from the order and refunded rather than substituted. They always deliver in a timely manner. I get my groceries fast and easy without the hastle of going out each time I need something. Highly recommended local store
Layout is good! security guard is hopeless at is job thiefing is best before 9am and 2,38pm.lots of students use this sainsbury's.if you do buy items you will find the shop experience..5 star rating for shop lifter's.2 stars for shopping
The new management is great. I think the Manager served me this evening and complemented on my hair style. Something so simple but after a terrible week, this was an amazing thing for someone just to compliment me. Thank you so much, YOU MADE MY DAY. I'm working hard on myself and that little boost was awesome. Please let the person (I will ask for the name, if that's okay next time I'm there he is a fantastic employee and he is so kind and has a great way with customers) what a guy. Thank you. Please thank him for me if he doesn't get to see this. 11 out of 10 .
