So I bought a PIXL 8000 brand new, opened it and set it up and it didn’t work screen wasn’t working and couldn’t take a puff on it. Took it back 20mins later for the girl to say no sorry we don’t warranty them it’s a faulty product. Refused to refund or exchange so looks like a dispute with the bank to sort out. Will out shop there again.
Called in today for the first time needed a coil unfortunately they did not have them although the girl ash was extremely polite and pleasant to speak to and was able to get me sorted with something else for now will definitely be back for fer customer services again she's worth keeping

I have been buying my E cig liquid and equipment in the Lisburn store for about 2 years now. The staff are extremely friendly and will always suggest the best options for your needs. Whenever i buy a new tank they will set it up for me and show me how to fill it up and change the coils. On a couple of occasion in the past my coil was stuck and they took it out and put a new one in no problem. I presently vape OHM brew Mr White which was suggested to me by one of the members of staff and I love it. I have tried a few different flavors in OHM Brew but this has to be my favourite. I would highly recommend Ziggicig to anyone who is a vapes presently or if you are thinking about starting up vaping. You will receive the best customer service there is. Loyalty no 11930.

Maybe a little more investment in product training or encourage some initiative? Not a good sign if the customer is the one hopping onto the companies website to show the product they're on about. To be fair, this has been a one off. Normal visit here don't go that way.
