I have always found them to be very polite, helpful and not pushy. Both ourselves and a few friends have brought a few mattresses from here. We have also brought all our bedroom furniture from LEDFS. I would highly recommend calling in for quality furniture at the right price, along with good service. We will be returning shortly for more furniture.
Really good customer service. Ordered a double bed and mattress which was very good quality and very comfortable. The men who put it together were quick and respectful . I have brought a bed in the past and again excellent . Highly recommend.
Really disappointing. Went in to originally look at sofas as were a good price and nice to look at. Currently buying our first house so needed to get measurements to see what would fit, while looking around there was a lovely discounted chest of draws to £50 we liked but needed to see if it would fit so we took measurements. After finding out it would fit I rang the shop to reserve these which the young man from the shop said is fine, I asked if I needed to pay a deposit which he said no it’s fine, I told him I would come over the following week for it and he said he will put a note on it for me. I arrived the following week with a van to collect, as we walked in it had a sold sign on it, thinking this was for us I would over to the same man who then told me it sold that week, I said I spoke to you last week and reserved it. He told me his boss had sold it in the week and there was nothing he could do. When I asked about me ringing up and reserving it he agreed he said he would do it and said he did put a note on it but there is nothing he can do as the boss had sold it and it’s the first person to pay for it that gets it. Wasted my day, time and money on hiring the van. Would not recommend to anyone. They have lost my business due to this, was going to order the sofa and some small tables but now ordered from else where.

Bought 2 beds good quality mattress. Was both in stock loaded on my van with in 10 mins definitely be back. Nice guy very pleasant.
The staff couldn’t have done more to help me. A beautiful bed, at a remarkable price, super fast express delivery, I couldn’t ask for a more. Just like to say a massive “thank you”. I would definitely recommend.
