   Not a welcoming atmosphere from the manager. He didn't even acknowledge me to say, 'hello'. The shop assistant was fine. Portion sizes for meat in pitta and chips too, was absolutely shocking. The worst value for money Fish and Chip shop I have come across considering they are one of the most expensive too. They even charge for carrier bags to add insult to injury. The only positive I can state is the shop looks relatively clean and tidy, unsure without a full inspection of the premise. There are much better Fish and Chip shops if you look around, who offer better value for money. This Fish and Chip shop will certainly not be receiving my business again.

   The chips are some of the best I've tasted! Perfect battered chips, not to greasy! Definitely going to be our new local chippy I think! Also super pleasant and friendly service.

   This chippy is great and by far the best locally. The food is hot and delicious. But I have to say I'm gutted lately. I ordered a large kebab on just eat and got sent a medium (whilst I appreciate its a small difference, its £2 difference and had only 1 choice of sauce). Tonight another chippy, came in person, ordered a large kebab and there is next to no meat on it. I'm gutted cause is not their usual standard to otherwise lovely food

   My second visit as I thought it might have been a one-off! Fantastic food. Light, crispy batter on fish, and their chips are superb. All served up with smiling, friendly faces. Will definitely be back again.

   Cannot recommend this takeaway highly enough. The staff are always warm, welcoming and friendly. The cod in particular is cooked perfectly with a light thin batter. Also unlike most takeaways, the food is consistently of a high standard no matter what time of day.

   These people turn out quality food.It has been hard to find a quality F&C shop Not anymore. The Fish is beautiful the chips are lovely. Tried the Donner. Kebab and Donner Meat with chips (tonight) and there lovely sauces. Only found it about 3 mths ago. Trust me the food is lovely. Been back regularly. Try it.
