Nice staff but the place is grim, very small play area for being expensive. 90 mins play really only means about 30 because kids get bored. Vomit was around the soft play too so wasn't great. The general conditions are OK but when walking about the frame the dirt and rubbish is wild

Got a chance to visit it during a kid's birthday function. They offer you this facility to celebrate birthdays while enjoying their play area and dedicated area for cake cutting. This is located on the first floor, The washroom is also available on the same floor. You can order and eat food inside. Kids love to play here.
Filthy, disgusting, no parental control over the kids. Hate this place with a living passion. Cancelled membership because of the lack of standards. Always fobbed off with excuses when you bring it to anyone's attention. Avoid if you value your sanity, and your children's safety and wellbeing. The price they charge does NOT justify the standards they exhibit. A health inspector should be called in to this place. It is a travesty, a joke, a sham as well as an utter shame. Clearly management doesn't give a continental damn.
Very dirty place. The staff doesn't clean the tables at all. For an hour after the parents had left, rubbish was lying on the tables and under the tables. Workers at that time (there were 5 women) were talking and laughing in the staff room. There is no trash can to at least collect the coffee cups yourself and throw them away. Dirty, sticky floor, dirty toys. Horrible place.
Workers always very pleasant and helpful. Even when my kids approach to ask for something small they are welcoming and happy to lend a hand. Kids love the pizza! And the tray bakes are yum!!
We had a birthday party there so that's my experience 1- 30min waiting for the party before us to finish. 2- The stuff there its immature and not well communicative 3- Not giving enough information what to bring from home and what they can give you for the party The whole thing was fine for the money we pay, but the parents need to have patience and organise everything.
Good place for the kids to run a moke and have a catch up with friends or family ad kids play. There's plenty to keep them occupied and happy. Tho i must say the hot chocolate is rotten as it was like pure water which is the first for here. Other than that the staff are friendly! I'd definitely recommend here
