Super friendly staff. Good selection of locally produced products available from jams and chutney etc to beers and spirits. Plenty of souvenir type products for holiday makers.
Lovely place with a huge selection of of everything, from clothing to shoes, gifts, alcohol and bedding. Also has an on-site cafe. Well worth a visit

I was looking for Cornish tea, coffee, cider, beer and biscuits. I got exactly what I wanted here. They have a section in the shop selling all Cornish products. Prices were considerably cheaper here than in a shop in Looe which I visited later in the day. Passed this place many times over the years but this was the first visit.
This was one of those places that we have passed many times during our Cornish trips but never stopped at before. Basically a big shop full of clothes, household goods and local produce. We decided to eat a late breakfast in the cafe, which was good value at 6 items for £7. Good selection of other food on the menu. Outside advertises tourist information inside, which consists of two stands full of leaflets. Free parking.

Bought some good winter sweaters and had nice coffee and cake. A good value place plus the local produce shop is definitely worth a look.
Great, the assistant found me a pair of double zipped cranberry coloured leather boots. Exactly what I was looking for. Really pleased with them and the lady was so very helpful.
Absolutely disgusting breakfast! We've been a few times and noticed that they offer upto a 12 item breakfast for £5/6 so thought we'd try it - huge mistake. The bacon is folded in half, boiled for the elderly and covered in that white stuff. Mushrooms are soaked in oil, cold and hard (probably prepared the night before and microwaved? The sausages are cheapest available, and again, boiled!? And the toast is incredibly hard, almost snapping when you attempt to spread it... Put us if our food all weekend - never, ever again - shame 1/10.
Car broke down at the cafe on the way to a surprise event over the busy bank holiday. The staff were very helpful & accommodating as we had to leave the vehicle on their premises for a couple of days. Special thanks to the cafe girls Tina, Marie & Danielle
