   Great from start to finish. Very detailed consultation and always happy to talk any little details or concerns we had during the planning process. Everything was bespoke, and they kept saying ..."you can have whatever you want!".... And they were right... we literally go what we wanted from the size of the work top, colour, materials and design. We felt reassured with the choices we were making, and great advice when choosing the materials and layout. Dave was very knowledgable with the market and offered some great savvy advice with budget and the choice of appliances, and Darcy was also great in giving us lots of advice and 3D drawings for us to decide our dreams kitchen. The kitchen fitter Marc was great with attention to details, and nothing seemed to be a bother, when we had lots of snag issues to resolve after the fit. We are really happy with our kitchen and we can't be more happy.

   Just had two bedrooms and a kitchen fitted by Alpha Kitchens and interiors. Couldn't be happier. Gorgeous designs by Darcy. The back bedroom would not fit standard size wardrobes so she made a double wardrobe and unit with shelves next to it. Ian is a great fitter and did an amazing job. Nothing was too much trouble and I got exactly what I had hoped for and more. Darcy is very conscientious and obviously enjoys what she does and it shows. Would definitely recommend them

   Having a beautiful kitchen fitted in 2017. A problem occurred in which 1 of the soft close draws failed to close properly. I contacted alpha and had several emails with Darcy. Within 5 days a new set of draw runners arrived from the manufacturer. They were simple to change. The draws are back to full working order.Darcy has been fantastic throughout and a credit to Alpha. It's fantastic these days to get such brilliant after sales (7 years) later. Keep up the good work Alpha. 5stars plus.

   We just had out fantastic kitchen completely fitted by Alpha Interior Designs. Darcy designed our dream kitchen and she was extremely responsive. Dave was great, he showed us all the available options and at some point gave us a tour of the workshop too! We really loved their "why not? Yes we can!" attitude. We found some different materials on Instagram, which they have never used before, and as soon as we mentioned it to Darcy, she ordered some and incorporated it to our project. Everything was bespoke to us. Marc, their fitter, did a fantastic job and it was a pleasure working with them all. It was such great value for a bespoke custom made luxury kitchen. Thanks very much!!!

   Amazing Company to deal with. Dave the Managing Director just wants you to be amazed with his knowledge and expertise which his team delivers. Our kitchen is beyond expectations and we were kept abreast of developments all the way through the process. Darcy is a brilliant kitchen designer with a degree in design to back it up and was more than capable of putting together our dreams into a real 3D design. A fab Company to deal with at every level. The best news however was the cost and they beat all other quotes by thousands of pounds and delivered a kitchen which everyone who comes to our house WOW' s about. Well done team Andrew Tostevin

   What kind of business ethic is this? You can’t treat your customers as they are your enemy and when you end up with a collection of unhappy customers, just hide away, close your Google account and open a new one, then act like nothing happened. Avoid this company if you do not want headache! David (the owner) has double personality, one is soft and nice, this is what you get at the beginning before you pay the deposit. Then you get an extremely difficult man to deal with, arrogant and lack of understanding, his way or no way. We paid deposit of nearly £4000 and waited for 4 month then they delivered half of the units and asked for almost another £10000 before they even start the job. So they wanted us to pay like 90% of total before they start the work. They leave very small amount of money for the final payment which is due on completion, so when things go wrong they don’t really care as they already got 90% of the total. When we asked for breakdown of the cost and email confirmation, David didn’t like it, he started to behave in unacceptable manner, stood in our family home and raised his voice demanding payment yet not willing to provide any clarifications or explanation. This man didn’t even communicate well with his own team to understand the situation, my wife was upstairs trying to communicate with Darcy via email hoping to get some clarity before she makes the payment of nearly £10000 while David huffing and puffing downstairs and he was not willing to understand. 4 month after we paid the deposit and waited patiently, we had a date to start the project. So we made everything ready in the house for them to start the work but David came with negative vibe and arrogantly refused to do the job. shame! Disappointed, obviously. My advice is to avoid this company if you don’t want to get disappointed.
