I purchased a used ergonomic chair for home use and couldn't be happier with it. Annie and her colleagues welcomed me to the showroom where I tried out a range of used chairs and found one that suited me perfectly, but needed a repair before it could be sold. The parts were ordered promptly and I now have the chair set up at home, it is super comfortable, fully adjustable, and also looks good. Excellent products and customer service, thank you.

The two second hand cupboards we purchased for our office storage were in really good condition and well worth the money. The delivery chap was friendly and efficient. He wiped down the cupboards znd adjusted the doors before making sure I was happy. A 1st class service.
We have used Ergo several times and have only good things to say. Helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Furniture we have bought has been excellent and all delivered and installed when they said they would do it. As a small charity they have also helped us with some of their second hand/'pre-loved' stock when we've needed it, which has really helped us out.
I was in need of some desks and chairs, so we found these guys on internet as we like to support local companies wherever possible. I'd already had an online quote which I thought they'd never match, but they did. And the furniture quality is superb. I had some fancy electric riser desks which are amazing. They're meant to be good for you to stand for a bit each day, but I just bought them because they looked fancy. Also - whenever I'm in a "virtual meeting" I now automatically go to "standing mode" - don't ask me why, I have no idea, but it just seems more "professional" to address people whilst standing up straight with your shoulders back, rather than slouched on a chair.... The installation was trouble-free. I also had some fancy chairs as I'm old and suffer from a bad back ( I think carrying all my staff every day doesn't help) and these have helped loads. Don't get me wrong, I'm not suddenly about to start trying out for the British High Jump team, but they certainly make it ache less. Oh, and finally, all the prices and products aside, the staff were also very friendly and informative. I knew exactly what was happening at every stage. And they're "real people" as opposed to some bot or whatever, so if you have a question, you can just ring and speak to someone who actually knows....how novel?!!? The way it should be. Like I say I'm old. Maybe some people prefer bots. Not sure who these people are though. Weirdos. So in a nutshell, if you're after some good quality furniture, at the right price, go see them or give them a ring. I believe they also do a design service too, where they measure your space and advise, but I didn't use that service so can';t comment on it, other than I would imagine based on my experience, they're probably pretty good at that too... I bet a bot couldn't do that!!! At the time of writing, bots aren't allowed to drive (yet) so they would struggle coming to do a survey wouldn't they!!
