Got a kitchen fitted from Howdens by an excellent local joiner and I need to comment on firstly the excellent design and super accurate measurement's by Ash, but also on the very few times I’ve called up with simple queries re availability of accessories, how helpful and decent anyone who has answered the phone has been, 10/10, shout out to manager Paul who is approachable, professional and has assisted through the process Kitchen looks absolutely spot on,,,, great price and we are happy customers so thank you howdens! To anyone wondering about getting one from here, the worktops and fittings are very good quality and the cabinets are utterly solid!

Went in following home visit to get the design finalised. Said they would get back to us with a price etc. Heard nothing phoned a couple of times... still nothing. Doesn't give me any confidence that a kitchen will appear on time. Wanted our time and theirs.
We were there for ages picking out doors and a kitchen, and the staff made us feel really welcome even though we were probably really annoying. It was covid secure and there was a good range of products to see in person. Very good experience.
