   Found the staff really helpful, they had the majority of what i needed in stock which meant i could get a next day delivery. Once purchased they sent someone to fetch bits from another depot to make sure they had it ready to be delivered. Saved me waiting for sevrral weeks from other suppliers i looked at. My cabinets were pre built so also saved time and they seem good quality. Many thanks

   Everyone at the branch was great. Andi was our kitchen designer, and he did a fantastic job working with us to give us the exact kitchen we were looking for. He got over some tricky details. And saved us money where he could. We had a damaged unit on delivery, which was swapped with no hassel, and Andi was on hand to discuss everything during the design process, and believe me, when I say the wife was picky

   We have purchased a kitchen, utility and down stairs bathroom from Howdens and we love them all. We mainly dealt with Ricky who was friendly, welcoming, polity and dealt with all our many changes in a timely manner but all the staff we came across in the store were the same and always had a smile. The quality of the cupboards and worktops we bought are a high standard, look great and will definitely last for a good few years. We will definitely be buying from Howdens again.

   This branch has always been extremely clean in comparison to others. (litter free car park, clean toilets and great hot drink facilities whilst you are being dealt with). Staff are always welcoming and friendly and go above and beyond to help you get what you need. Great level of stock in house and anything specific that needs ordering in is done really quick. I usually go out of my way to visit this branch as it is my preferred branch and I never seem to have any issues when I do visit. Keep up the good work guys and girls!

   We ordered a kitchen from what we thought were the best company in terms of quality and service, but how wrong was that assumption! After the kitchen was designed, we made a few tweaks and then placed the order. Initially Howdens were friendly and welcoming and obviously happy to take our money. But from the point of delivery their attitude changed completely. We had items delivered damaged which we had to return to store (they wouldn't collect). This wasn't just one journey, but five or six! The attitude of the manager was disgraceful, almost pointing the finger at us because we had received damaged items! The flooring we ordered was not measured correctly, so we had to make another journey to order more flooring. We also had to order more underlay due to Howdens incompetence in measuring and make a further journey for this. We had a range cooker delivered, after paying for this to be fitted / connected the cooker was also faulty. Once again the attitude and the arrogance of the manager was a disgrace! This issue is still ongoing and it seems Howdens are simply passing the buck in order to wash their hands on the situation. We have never known a company like it. The customer service at this branch is non-existent and I would highly recommend staying well away from Howdens Sutton in Ashfield.
