Very conveniently located, good hours and friendly staff. Strangely good orange stickers at the right time!
Just arrived from Australia and needed some supplies. They had what we needed and also found a few well priced offers. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Convenient, but very expensive and service can be very slow. Also hardly any stock at the moment due to a "technical issue". You can be expensive and fast service, or cheap and slow service, but expensive and poor service can't be justified. The staff that do work there seem very friendly and helpful though.
A village store with large range of goods sand an extensive selection across all departments. They are open from early morning to late night. As tourists, we found this most convenient and the staff were pleasant and helpful.
In need of a self service checkout. Queues are too long and I'm often waiting whilst the customer in front slowly packs their shopping. Staff are friendly, but it does seem short staffed and often closes early (with little notice) because of this. Edit: reduced to 3 stars as I have found prices marked incorrectly, and out of date items on the shelves.
Absolutely ridiculous they hardly ever have any of the stock on the shelves and there is not enough staff in the shop, they are always running out of the most essential things and they call that a local shop more like a joke of a shop!!! Worst co-op shop I’ve ever been in!!!
Excellent little shop, have everything you could need. Although, If you're visiting Modbury for the first time, you need to be aware of the plastic bag ban! (We weren't familiar until it was too late..)
The best plastic bag free Coop in the world! !!!! Staff really friendly and welcoming . Store nice and clean with a great range of stock.
This place usually is really great but there is one woman who works there who has terrible personal hygiene . She is a larger woman with greasy hair, dirty uniform and a strong body odour. She is not a good representation of the company. She serves you with such an attitude if you ask for items behind the counter that she has to move to get to. Very dissapointing!! Rest of staff are very helpful and friendly tho. Just that one person letting them down.
