My local Yodel store. I'm always in first thing in the morning, before the traffic builds up. The staff are always friendly. It's a handy wee shop in the middle of town.
The man working there(not sure if he is the owner)is extremely rude and unprofessional. He has no manners or customer service skills and treats people very badly.The place is poorly managed. I wouldn’t recommend buying there.

The owner is without a doubt thee most rudest man I've ever came in to contact with, so aggressive. I wouldn't go near the place again if it was the only place open. You're in the wrong business, shouldn't be in a customer focused job!
I am usually in this business 2-3 times a week for the yodel delivery service and a little treat whilst I'm there. The ladies behind the counter are always so lovely and friendly. However, there is a man that I've met a few times that's been quite rude but never thought much of it, until yesterday whenever he was so passive aggressive & rude towards me I was left upset and confused. I will not be back I'd that man is serving.
The best newsagent by far. All the ladies, Catherine, Jill, Marion and other wee lady serving are brilliant. Sam is a gentleman

Absolutely great newsagent in Ballymena, which also stocks GW / Warhammer products. I recently pre-ordered a large set from Sam, the owner, and the service and communication was absolutely brilliant! I'll be buying all my Warhammer stuff here from now on, as Sam can order anything in for me. Highly recommend, especially if you're a Warhammer fan - it's a great way to support local business!
Lovely staff and a nice selection of chocolate and drinks and crisps and other stuff too.
