3rd visit this week "Sorry no diesel' Absolute joke of a fuel station. No other choice in the area so this is what you get when they have the monopoly. Not even a published phone number so you can phone to check.
Purchased fuel through pay at the pump facility and my credit card has been debited not only with the fuel amount of £25 but with a further £120 . Phoned the store to complain and was told that the preapproved sum of £120 would clear off my payments within the hour . We are now 19 hours later and its still there?????? Never pay at their pumps again
Consistently advertised as 24hrs, it is however consistently not. Be warned - it actually closes around the 10pm mark. Why they can’t allow for a few designated pay at pumps to remain open after hours, I do not know. Don’t be surprised if certain fuel has run out too, this has also been consistent in recent months. Honestly, my hate for this petrol stations knows no bounds. Skip to ASDA 24hrs, a beacon of hope, and cheaper.
Been in here a few times and had the misfortune of being served by the same old man. To call him miserable would be an understatement. Zero pleasantries, zero manners. Consider yourself lucky if he grunts at you by way of acknowledging the fact that you are a customer.
Not open 24 hours!! Checked on the website before detouring on the way home from work. Opening times were confirmed as 24 hours only 3 weeks ago. The lanes were coned off and all the pumps were locked despite the 24 hours sign being lit up. Ended up going to Asda 24/7 pumps which are very reliable.
Roborough Tesco advertising fuel 24 HR. Went at 21.40 to find the station all shut down and the forecourt coned off. Wasted drive to fuel up not happy. Online states 24hr and the station states 24hr.
Never seem to have any fuel
More times than not has no fuel available. Don't run low and rely on them for a top-up.
Very busy petrol station with small entrance and exit . Not for nervy drivers
Staff wear masks under their chin if they bother at all. They serve people without even asking them to wear masks too. Doesn’t happen at our local Tesco who are polite but careful. Shop is dirty too.
