   We are happy with the finished job. Cupboards, drawers and work surfaces are well made. The quality of workmanship is to a high standard. The various tradesmen who were employed during the different phases of the project were efficient, tidy, friendly and polite. Whilst M & S were most flexible fitting in work times to meet our requirements, we felt project management by the company could have been a little better at times.

   Had a few of the major kitchen companies come around to measure up and do a design for my new kitchen yet it was M&S Kitchens that stood out from all the rest. Lee listened and got exactly what idea I’d had in my head for My dream kitchen and suggested a couple Of ideas that would work. Their solid wood shaker kitchens were beating the cheaper mdf kitchens that the other companies had quoted for . Their kitchen fitters were brilliant and so were the electricians, plumber , plasterers and tiler they used. Absolutely bowled over by my new Kitchen That M&S kitchens designed, made and installed . A big shout out to Tracey too that keeps you updated through the process .

   I had my bedroom/dressing room fitted by M and S Interiors approx 6 months ago. From start I dealt with John who helped me to plan everything. He gave some great ideas and advice and even after I “tweeked” a couple of things, he was great. I’m glad I took his advice, he certainly knows what he is talking about. On day of fitting, the guys turned up on time and got on with job. I was very happy with result. A few months later I did find a problem, but after contacting M and S, a fitter came out following week and it was sorted.Great customer service. I would definitely recommend M and S Interiors, and when I plan to have my spare bedroom wardrobes fitted, I will have them to come and do the job.

   I used M&S interiors for a new kitchen with quartz worktops and painted units (supply only). M&S were recommended to me by family members who had used them previously, however, I chose them based on their product and design options. M&S have a great team off staff from sales/design to expert advice on the finished look of the final product with several visits to ensure measurements were correct and everything was to my satisfaction. Great customer service, always answer the phone with any issues resolved promptly. The end product is first class and exactly as I had hoped. Big thanks to the team. Peter

   Very disappointed with kitchen. Good design, good sales, good quality product BUT fitting was awful and after sales was shocking. We addressed various concerns regarding the quality of the fitting and we’re assured that all “snags” will be sorted after completion. However, the “snags” weren’t just a few issues, they were a list of careless and poor workmanship which no one should accept from a new kitchen. But the worse was still to come when we asked for someone to come and see the issues. The “Senior Partner” of the business arrived and made some very odd and shocking statements such as - ‘there should be a TV programme about “customers from hell”, you paid £14,000 for a kitchen but if you wanted it perfect you should have bought one for £20,000, and finally - we must be doing something right as we’ve been doing it for twenty years’. Yes we have a new kitchen but the holes, chips and damaged surfaces are still there and a constant reminder that we can’t recommend M&S or indeed will not be using them again. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!

   We used M&S Interiors, as we knew Steven from school and saw the quality of his work from social media pages. With regards to negative Google reviews, it is always important to recognise that there is a context to which we don't know and reviews can be made upon emotion rather than objectivity. Work commenced on the date scheduled and throughout the time line, joiners and plumbers etc came to complete works at the times relevant to its progression. The joiner we also knew from school, so again the credibility was in no doubt which alliviated any worries. Excellent quality craftsmanship and respectful on site. The plumber gave me advice on work in our bathrooms that saved us money. Much appreciated. The electrician was great and is being used to do further work unrelated to the kitchen. Claudio, who tiled the floors and did plastering, is a total legend and told me off for using cheap Wilkos paint brushes, giving me a high quality one for free. Snagging issues were resolved and a personal preference was also altered without cost after original completion. No extra costs were raised and Steven came to make sure we were happy with the completion before payment was made.

   We were recommended M&S Interiors by our builder, and we are so glad they did. Steven was patient and understanding to my ever changing ideas whilst working on a smaller budget for a large kitchen. We are over the moon with the final product, from the moment the fitting date was agreed everything was smooth and stress free. This was such a breath of fresh air to us after 5 months of a slow extension. The kitchen fitter Paulo was fantastic, he was punctual, polite and has done a great job of fitting the kitchen. Steven attended site on several occasions, and went above and beyond with the finer details. He even swapped my cutlery draw today whilst I worked, and touched up the paint! M&S Interiors will be recommended by me on every occasion! Thanks guys!
