   From booking to the actual procedure, the process is so easy. Izzy the Sonographer was excellent, taking time to get the images needed and explaining what was happening. You get the time & attention that you need on your health issue, with no rushing. I highly recommend!

   Ultrasound lady was really nice but that doesn’t take away from the fact that we turned up for our appointment and waited half an hour outside pressing the buzzer and didn’t think much of it as there’s a poster saying there may be a small wait after pressing the buzzer. We then rang the company up and was told that she’ll contact the manager and get back to us. We was then told no one was inside like as in no one turned up for there shift or something bare in mind my partner took time off work and got a train down too be with me for the appointment and then had to take time off the day after when they rescheduled our appointment. On the bright side we only payed £30 for the scan so i think it was handled correctly it’s just the fact that we were gonna find out the gender straight after the scan and he had to go back to work being as the appointment was moved too the morning of the day after so it kinda ruined the moment.

   As an expectant mother, the wait for the first NHS scan can feel incredibly long. I highly recommend this clinic for an early viability scan – it was such a reassuring experience to confirm the pregnancy and see our little one for the first time. The staff were truly wonderful – so comforting, kind, and thorough in explaining everything. :)

   Had a great experience with both my gender reveal and 4D scans. Baby was hiding during the first 4D scan, but the team were so professional and kind – they offered a free rescan and we got some lovely images the second time. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and very professional. Would definitely recommend for parents-to-be!

   Turned up here for a 5.30 appointment and it was closed. So disappointed...... The main office explained the office hadn't been open all day. Why did no one contact us ? Terribly unprofessional especially for a company who are dealing with expectant parents who want piece of mind.....

   Our 4th scan with Sandra today and, as always, fantastic. Thank you for such a lovely experience. Sandra always goes the extra mile and explains everything as she goes through the scan. Great to receive the photographs and videos electronically (as well as prints) straight after the scan - we'll treasure them for ever!
