“I have been going to this asda for 15 years now and never in my life have i had 1 bad thing to say. Hot breakfast? You got it Cafe? You got it Photo booth, passport, family photo prints? You got it They have a wide variety of anything really from household items to furniture to any time of oriental and worldwide food. Brilliant prices especially for this economy, loads of brilliant helpful staff, open 24 hours on weekends and brilliant hours on weekends too. Highly reccomend Asda West Bridgford”

“I had my appointment previously but not my physio which Mahad wanted to get to the bottom on where I’m feeling pain etc, I’ve had my first physio today with mahad, It was such a good experience! I feel so much lighter and able to move more without being in pain in the area effected! He literally knew where I described my pain and did what he could to help, honestly the best in the game! I’ve had physio before and it never worked out but just in one session he did amazing, cannot wait for my next one. Thankyou so much”

The place did not feel daunting or uneasy and the team were very friendly and discussed the procedure which was masseter botox beforehand and during very thoroughly. “Highly recommend this place for your Physio. I worked with Heather Goodson after being in the ICU with Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS) and she has worked miracles. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient to say the least. I was using a walker, couldn’t raise my arms, always took the lift, etc. After working with her for several months I can swim, ascend /descend stairs, jog, reach items on high shelves at 170 degrees, regained strength and more. “I tell everyone that will listen about this absolute gem of a clinic and the staff there that literally go above and beyond for their clients. I started with shoulder pain 6 months ago , that at its worst was bringing me to tears throughout the day and I was I able to sleep on either side . I’d been to see a physio through my doctors surgery but I came out feeling like I was just another number with no real explanation and a general treatment package that was accessible to anyone . The other problem for me was that the pain was interfering with my CrossFit too , something I’m very passionate about to say the least . I was recommended by a friend to have a consultation with Kelly Marshall at the clinic who is Muscular skeletal specialist and Masters CrossFit athlete , in my mind for what I needed you couldn’t get much better than that and although I’d given up hope I gave her a try . Now I could go on forever praising this women and this clinic , she excels at what she does , her knowledge is vast , she knew exactly what was wrong with me , she knew exactly how to fix me , she explained how it would all go over the coming months , the highs the lows the inbetween! She understood and settled my fears ! I was made to feel like someone was listening and I was given hope !!! Since the treatment I’m getting better and better and as an added bonus I feel I'm going to come out of this stronger than before ! This has been a big learning curve which has taught me that prevention is also better than cure . If you have a niggle don’t ignore it ! This rehab will be something I continue even when in better to keep supporting my body and reduce chance of further injury . The volume of clientele Kelly has is huge !! And now includes my husband and good friends but she still puts in 110 percent effort ,into every single person ! I believe this is because she absolutely loves what she does and its not just a job !!! Honestly I am a million percent confident in recommending Kelly for anyone that’s experiencing pain or discomfort no matter your age or lifestyle.”

“This is a fabulous pharmacy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Mr Singh the pharmacist is very very knowledgable. I have regular vitamin injections which are fantastic. We recently had comprehensive blood tests done and the feedback was very detailed and informative. The pharmacy has a great range of good quality vitamins, supplements and products. They have a really good selection of vegan and cruelty free toiletries and skincare. Its not my nearest pharmacy but i wouldnt go anywhere else.”

“My daughter joined Core Aquatics in September 2020 and I can honestly say, it's amazing and fantastic swimming school. My daughter is severely autistic, practically non verbal and has very restricted social communication skills but despite all of that Nicole and swimming teachers found unique way to teach and show the joys of swimming. From a child who was terrified to get inside a swimming pool she now enjoys her lessons, she can swim independently on her front, back (which she hated for long time), she even can dive underneath the water. The pharmacist asked me a few questions was very helpful and able to confirm and validate my pain. I was given antibiotics. Very happy with how quickly I was seen and helped. “Pleasant looking hotel from the outside which is situated 2 miles from the centre of Nottingham easy to drive with plenty of parking in the area. Entered reception, quick and easy booking in, and simple directions to the room, hotel was clean, tidy and pleasant decor. Restaurant with a simple menu catering for coeliacs, vegetarian and grass munchers, separate bar and lounge for relaxing in the evening with comfortable seating. Room was a double room, better suited to a single occupant. Double bed, large 48in Smart TV, coffee and tea facilities with limited coffee, tea bags and sugar, hair dry (not needed on this visit as I have little to no hair) iron and ironing board. Room itself was at the rear of the building which ment being away from the road facing a quiet residential estate and was peaceful unable to hear any road noise. Bedside table on both sides with a small dressing table with stool. There was a walk in wardrobe with plenty of space for hanging clothes (limited hangers) I would consider bring some from home. Small functional en-suit bathroom with shower and a good constant source of hot water and you didn’t need to run around in the shower to get wet. Toilet and sink with small hand and bath towels provided. Breakfast included served in the dining room, this is a full English with, Fried and scrambled eggs, button mushroom, hash browns, sausage, bacon, baked beans. The usual assortment of cereal’s, fruit, orange juice, various teas available (including herbal” & coffee, self help with toast. Breakfast is self service. Menu simple to navigate with the usual GASTRO type food available at reasonable prices. Staff were all very helpful, curious, plate and respectful, nothing was too much of a problem. Plenty of parking to the rear of the premises for cars. I stayed for 4 nights on business, main doors close at 11pm however if your a night owl your door keycard gains you access to the hotel through the reception entrance giving you a little freedom in the evenings. The hotel have free WiFi which was accessible even from the room at the back (RM 38). My only gripe was I needed a team of sharpers and oxygen for the long climb to the room, I as a little dizzy and threw myself on the bed. It is highly probably I will be in the area again in the near future and have requested my Company book me that hotel again. Very pleasant place highly recormended.”
