   The decor of the place is what was first noticed due to its very comforting vibe and unique peacock theme. The place did not feel daunting or uneasy and the team were very friendly and discussed the procedure which was masseter botox beforehand and during very thoroughly. Overall especially if it's your first time very highly recommend.

   I came across this wonderful clinic a few weeks ago. This clinic is just different to the rest… the whole team are so lovely and welcoming, and extremely knowledgable and professional.    I recently visited for masseter Botox and had a fantastic experience with Rosey. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. During the consultation, she explained everything in great depth, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt completely comfortable. Nothing felt rushed at any point. When it came to the actual treatment, Rosey checked in with me throughout, ensured my concerns were fully addressed beforehand. I felt very comfortable and relaxed throughout. I’ve come away feeling really positive and confident that I’ll see great results. I also have a follow-up appointment in a couple of weeks.    I was completely new to this world of cosmetic intervention; I never even get my nails done. So I diligently did my research and compared prices against reviews.... Let me save you all the time & effort: go to Pro Aesthetics. The business entrance is discreet, but in a convenient location with a private car park. The reception area and the treatment rooms are welcoming, calm and thoughtfully decorated (simple, but elegant and comfortable). The atmosphere is relaxed, friendly and professional. I had Botox injections between my brows, which required a 30 minute consultation appointment, a 15 minute treatment and a 5 minute follow-up appointment (all on different days). Rosie saw me for the consultation and treatment, and instantly put me at ease with the right balance of humour, knowledge and common sense. The whole experience, from my first phone call to the follow-up appointment, was first class. I've been absolutely thrilled with the results and I'm so pleased I found this clinic. They gave me the confidence to go ahead when I was feeling quite anxious. Thank you, Pro Aesthetics!!
