   Well I would just like to add I’ve shopped in this store many of times and served by a few different members of staff post office and shop side I found the staff very helpful and very polite you will always get the Karen’s who try and complain about ppl they get to get a life instead of making pathetic reviews over members of staff lovely shop very clean and helpful staff

   Just been into this store 2.30 wednesday 1st October, to the member of staff on the general store side, that is not the post office counter, it was never acceptable to make a snide rude comment about a customer when I worked in retail, have things sunk that low? disgraceful

   It's my very first time I have used this Post Office in Crownhill! There was a Que and I was there for about 23 minutes in the Social Distance Que! Everything went smoothly, bought 2 books of 2nd class stamps and posted 2 parcels .

   I like the fact that this store is here (for convenience) and like that it has a Post Office within it. The only thing is that sometimes the Post Office is closed unexpectedly which is a pain to find after you've already walked there and carried something that you really need to post out. That's really annoying and it's happened more than once. Now I always ring ahead to make sure it's open.

   I discovered they had a variety of birthday cards in there, when I wasn't able to find any decent ones anywhere else, complemented with a big box of chocolates. There's quite a bit in there as a convenience store and would definitely use again. There is also a post office in store as well.
