Absolute rubbish. Not only does the service offer administrative ineptitude, unprofessional clinicians, and poor communication, it also causes high level complaints which are almost impossible to report, given the bureaucratic roadblocks and general uselessness of PALS. I’m having to go via the courts, to deal with a number of matters, culminating in the neglect of a vulnerable child with registered disability. If you have the option, go private and save yourself the suffering.

Waited over half an hour at my local surgery and the agent didn't turn up. Secretary tried to find out why and was told that they were stuck in traffic. However, they failed to notify anyone about them being late until they had been contacted. In the end I ended up walking out of the clinic as I had been waiting too long and was sat around sick patience which got me concerned for my health and wellbeing.

I've been under this team for 2 years now I can honestly say they have been fantastic with me and helped me so much . Dr jolly is a fantastic doctor. My cpn Sarah has been my Rock I couldn't of asked for a better cpn or a better doctor I think they all work well together and are very caring and professional.

No point in having a PALS service if there are no staff. The clue is in the title "LIAISON SERVICE". Very difficult to liaise if you are not contactable. As for your current excuse, you can't catch Covid 19 from talking on the phone.

This place and the two community psychiatric nurses i dealt with are an absolute joke , they abandoned my 88 year old mum and left her in danger because it's all about budget constraints and not a person's needs . They drive around in there big expensive motor. ..maybe if they didn't pay you so much my mum would get the care and attention she deserves, also they phone you on a private number why ? How are we supposed to get back to you ...you know who you are and you disgust me ,the way you constantly sidestepped my request was just laughable shame on you !!

So far the service is not to any standard, well it may do if you live in the middle of a war zone, can't get through on the phone and when you do they don't have a clue what your talking about due to lack of training.... Bring back CITY CARE
