    Friendly, helpful staff. The chair aerobics for " over-seventies " is really good fun + physically beneficial + we have beverages + eats afterwards + good chat. What's not to like?

    The gym is adequate. Main downfall are changing rooms. Then benches I’m male locker rooms are not stable and are unsafe. If two people share the same bench it’s so easy to topple the bench. The wooded slats are so far apart it’s hard to put shampoo etc on the bench let alone sit. Also the showers are terrible. Considering NI gets so Much rain. Why are we rationed on water. The water pressure in shower is so weak and trickles and is also in a 30sec timer. So the water annoyingly shuts off when you are championing your hair. Some of the shower sensors don’t work so when you press the sensor button to reactivate the water in shower it doesn’t work!! Also the water is piping hot. You can’t regulate the water temp. Legal law suit is waiting to happen!!!

    I have been going for over a year. The gym is excellent. The classes are varied and well staffed. The staff are always friendly and very approachable for any advice on your workouts. The sauna and steam room are hot (coming from a private gym in Belfast where saving money meant they were not always even on this is paramount) and the opening times suit me down to the ground. I only wish I had come here years ago

    Had my sons birthday here, there is a small soft play area (essentially like very large living room, with high ceilings and soft play), and a room in which you can bring your own food that is adjacent. Only issue is that they are so busy the place is very rushed. You are kind of left to your own devices. Reasonably priced however.
