   I recently visited a clinic for underarm hair laser removal and had pretty mixed feelings about the experience. Initially, I purchased three sessions online, and those went smoothly. After completing them, I decided to go for a fourth session and paid in cash(advance)at the clinic. However, when I went in for the fourth session, the staff seemed confused about my payment. The woman I spoke to kept asking how I paid and wanted to know details about the cashier, like their name & appearance. It felt a bit awkward as I tried to explain everything from my previous sessions again. I showed her the payment confirmation from my email, which clearly stated that I had paid in cash, she took screenshot too but there was still some hesitation on her part. After a little wait and some back-and-forth, her colleague confirmed my payment was received. While I appreciate that they're thorough, it was frustrating to go through this process. Overall, the clinic has good services, but the communication and payment verification could definitely be improved to make the experience smoother for clients.

   I couldn’t be happier with my laser hair removal experience! From the very first session, the staff made me feel comfortable and well-informed, explaining every step and answering all my questions. The treatment itself was quick, with only mild discomfort, and I started noticing results after just a couple of sessions. My hair has grown back much finer and in smaller patches, and by the end of my package the difference was incredible.

   I had my laser clinic appointment today with Annie, and I’m so happy with the experience! She’s very knowledgeable, quick, and incredibly professional. On top of that, she’s kind and made me feel completely comfortable. I was so impressed that I booked my next session with her right away. Highly recommend!

   I’ve been going to this laser clinic for a while now, and I have to give a 5 star review purely due to one particular member of staff who always outperforms and gives 5 star customer service. Courtney is an absolute star! If she is not already a senior manager, she needs to be one ASAP! She ALWAYS makes me feel like a VIP and goes above and beyond to ensure I’m comfortable. The clinic had some huge issues with management in the past and customer service wasn’t fantastic, but I haven’t experienced any problems in a long time, especially since Courtney started looking after me. The clinic in general is always clean, and their laser hair removal prices are unbeatable, especially during their amazing promotions (Please please keep them going!!) Highly recommend to everyone in Nottingham and around the country wherever there is a clinic! P.S this is the BEST laser clinic for black/ dark women, they have the laser that can finally cater to us!!!

   Awful experience. Have been lied to, once they take your money they don’t care. Have been chasing up the same issue since August last year with no help. Don’t go here, I’ve gone to several other salons and have amazing treatment, this is ridiculous.

   I went the other day to get some information about prices and treatments a think the customer service is REALLY BAD! They ignored me and told me to look at the website; if that's the treatment I get just for asking about prices and services, I don't think that will change after I have paid. I was reading some reviews about this company and it seems that in the last month, they have been taking advantage of people Huge red flag for me!

   AVOID! I have had the worst experience with this company. They have taken a small fortune from me for treatment they have not delivered. The customer service is appalling, you can never get hold of a manager, you are completely ignored, appointments are cancelled on the day. They happily take your money and then do everything possible to ignore you. My issues have been on going for months with no real contact from a manager. Using laser skin clinic in Nottingham was the worst decision I’ve made and I will be urging anyone to avoid using them.

   Had my 3rd session of microneedling today with the lovely Dianne. I was super happy with the results of the last two sessions and I can't wait to see the results this time round! Dianne is a very experienced therapist, who is thorough with her treatments and most of all, honest about what works well for you. Her work is highly recommended.
