Sold me a IVG 4x Refill and one of the refills has been used. Not cool, returning tomorrow for comp, who on earth resells something that's been used for a 10er??
Service is second to none I'm on crutches and my back makes fully mobilizing difficult and painful as I was paying many things fell out of my back pack the kind chap behind the counter came right over helping me pick up my bits and bobs and even assisted me to get my back pack back on. Thank you Jordan you went above and beyond customer service. Everytime I have been in staff are lovely and helpful with a great range of products. In short Plain Perfect. Thank you again Jordan for your going above and beyond your job description and all with a smile.
Polite,friendly chilled out staff. I bought a product that was missing a piece. I was able to take it in the next day and swap it without any question or interrogation that some shops give you. Totally recommend going to plain fun for your vape/ smoking needs.

Love this place. Popped in sporadiclly over the years and the guys are always happy to help. I go there more regularly now and every staff member is brilliant. Perfect example of how to do customer service

I got 2 elf bars from here 1 was so hard to toke on and the other I had a couple tokes out of before it died definitely wont be buying from here again! Especially when they are more expensive than others! I checked if the elf bar was real and it said it was however I just don’t think that these are!
