    Thanks to Andrea and Jim for a most enjoyable "Wine tasting" evening last night. We joined the Newquay U3a group for the event. There was a delicious selection of bread, cheese, pate and crisps to wash down the selection of 6 wines. Jim introduced each wine and we then tried generous samples of 3 white and 3 red wines from different regions of France. It was a very sociable evening and there was definitely no pressure to make any purchases. Thanks to Jim and Andrea for such a fun evening

    I ordered a selection of items shortly before Christmas to be part of a hamper, I was understandably sceptical it would arrive before Christmas. The store owners were honest about the possibility of it arriving on time which I appreciated and posted it as soon as possible. It all arrived on time and I was super happy with their customer service!

    Excellent! We needed wine for a business event and had left it quite last minute, I was overwhelmed with the amazing selection of wines and unsure of how many bottles to order for the amount of people coming. Andrea made the process so easy, she chose us a delicious bottle of rose and even matched the label to the aesthetic of the business! The wine was delivered the next day and everyone at the event loved it. We will definitely be using Ellis Wharton wines for future events and recommend them highly, thank you very much!

    Great selection and normally exceptional customer service experience if Jim is there. However today I clearly wasn't dressed 'appropriately' and was dropped literally mid sentence in favour of someone who clearly fitted the aesthetic and gender of the customer they desire!

    At present i have contacted E W Wines twice this week, i purchased a bottle of Gin to be courier delivered to Cambs. I understand the weather conditions are not very good across the country but as of yet i have not received any emails or notification of my purchase apart from checking my paypal account. Was told by a gentleman this morning that he would chase the progress of delivery and return my call! This was at 9.20am and I'm still waiting! As of yet I'm not impressed with E W Wines.
