   If I could put NO stars I would.... Wife was told she needed an urgent blood test, which naturally caused some anxiety. But when she tried to book it, she was told the earliest slot was in 4 to 5 weeks ! That’s not just frustrating— it’s frightening. If something is medically urgent, waiting over a month feels unacceptable. I understand the NHS is under strain, but patients deserve timely care, especially when their health could be at risk. Why the issue is not taken seriously and surely there is a better systems can be put in place to prioritise urgent cases.

   One of the best GP surgeries I've been under since moving to Nottingham five years ago. The reception staff are polite and helpful, and Dr Ward is fantastic. She makes me feel listened to and understood. She was very informative and relayed the information to me in a way I understood without being condescending or speaking down to me. Very happy with my treatment under Clifton Medical Practice overall.

   Great improvement with booking appointments by phone, very positive change also they is some appointments slots. Still battle to get trough the line at 8am but you can be put on hold in the queue and receive call back when you go on front the queue, much better.

   First time booking a Dr appointment. The online slots were available from 6am but missed out on those, so started ringing at 8am. Being 29th in the queue not hopeful of an appointment but once connected to the receptionist she secured an appointment that afternoon. She was polite and pleasant to speak to. The doctor my husband saw was polite, helpful and informative.

   Well I don’t know where to start to be honest number one is receptions. They are actually racist. And awful with people number two all the doctors are racist I’m white by myself. I love everyone black Muslim Indian agent, but people like these in the receptions and the doctors shouldn’t be working in there. This is my experience I feel sorry for these people in there waiting for long to get an appointment ):

   Probably the most useless experience I've ever had. Inexperienced doctors; waited for 30 mins and the end result was they couldn't help or prescribe any medication. They might as well close this praxis down. I thought doctors, if they even are doctors; could at least get the medication part done. Will change GP most definitely.

   I can not stress how poor the booking system is. Call at 8am. Listen to a man waffle. Press 4. I'm sorry due to high demand we can't put you through. Every time I try the doctors it's the same over and over. Would give 0 stars if I could.

   As someone with complex medical needs I have to say that 95% of the time I get an appointment for the same day if not in person but a phone call from the dr on emergency call that day who if they think you do need to be seen they will get you seen at the surgery the same day. I know it’s frustrating when you ring at 8am and you are 20th in line just put the phone on loudspeaker and have a cuppa when you get through just be nice explain that even if they haven’t got an appointment you really need to speak to someone explain a little why the girls on reception aren’t being nosy they want to help. I’ve been on their books for 38years now and signing on to their panel when it used to be a little hut building was one of the best decisions that I have ever made.

   This place is awful with trying to get appointments. Everytime I need to see a doctor I call at 8am like I’m always told and I still can never get through and whenever I do get through the appointments are fully booked. This results in me leaving my house early in the morning to walk to the cornerstone to be there at 8am and book an appointment in person. And I still have been given a late appointment for me to then walk back home to come back again later. Apart from this the doctors I have seen in this place are okay I have no problems with that.
