   I've been coming to the clinic for a couple of years,always very professional, friendly and accommodating with appointments. I've tried other so called laser treatments previously at other clinics over the years however results were not great. I can genuinely say that this is the first time I have seen a huge reduction in hair and fantastic results. Very pleased,definately recommend.

The medical professional who did it for me is knowledgeable and an expert in laser and walked me through the whole process as this was my first time.    I’ve been going to Aurora since it opened and have always had the best service from the owners and staff. Both ladies owner and assistant) are friendly putting me at ease and very professional . I visited for hair removal which has been successful and now just go infrequently for maintenance visits. Clean and responsible environment. The equipment description in another review is entirely unfamiliar to me. I’ve been to the park hospital for treatment in previous years which was far more expensive and felt like a less personal service.

   Very professional and friendly. I have dealt with both the owners and was impressed with their willingness to show me their protocols to ensure my care, their certification to practice, and the detail of their initial consultation and records about me. I felt I could trust my treatment(s) to them. The way they explained the complete process was very reassuring. This clinic in Beeston, Nottingham is so much better than the places dealing with several people at the same time. They offer a personal and discreet service which makes you realise they truly care about their clients. Thank you, Aurora Laser Clinic.

   I would avoid this clinic at all cost. Owners are discriminating against male gender beauty therapists. Invites you for an interview then creates a “problem” that clients wouldn’t want a male therapist for treatments. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

   Clean clinic and lovely staff. I had at least 10 laser hair removal procedures for over a year. In my honest opinion, completely ineffective, 0% permanent hair reduction, waste of money. I would not recommend this treatment.
