“I recently had tooth extractions for both lower wisdom tooth that were impacted. I was very nervous but the whole team are very professional and explained things clearly including advice on aftercare. During the procedure I had the lovely hygienist with me throughout and felt calm and supported without a worry. In addition lovely thoughtful receptionist Jessica who is thoughtful and caring always and followed up few days later with a call to check. If you’re a nervous person this place is the place to go with all amazing staff members who take great care. It is a clean and calm space.”

“Used ARK vets for the first time this week after the dog we are looking after fell ill. I was surprised and really happy at how positive the experience was. I called the surgery at 4.45pm – the phone rang twice before being answered and on this occasion they were able to see me within the hour. Both the receptionist and vet were incredibly helpful – even showing us through to a private room to wait in, as the dog was a bit overexcited. The vet was incredibly helpful and understanding. I mentioned that we are fostering the dog, so would not be able to immediately agree to any long-term treatment strategy. With this in mind, she ran through a number of possible options, did plenty of tests and recommended short term treatment options to ease the dog’s immediate issues and discomfort. An itemised receipt was provided for the owner, with the offer of calling back for further information if needed. I found ARK very caring and understanding to both dog and owner, which made things a lot easier during what could have been a difficult time. Can’t fault this vet and won’t hesitate to use them again.”

He provided ultrasound and interferential Current therapy within the 1 hour appointment at no additional cost. He helped remove my knee pain after ACL surgery and got me walking again/over the block I was facing in my rehab. I'm so glad I was able to see Gerald on top of my NHS treatment which can be generic and infrequent. Because of him I'm back on track with my recovery and regaining my independence.”

Babes on Friday, it's such a supportive group as well. I deffo recommend it if you only have 1 child. Staff is brilliant. You can find vitamins for your child as well.
