Horrible experience, my puppy would have died alone in a cage while in their care. Should have known after waiting 40 min for blood results they had to restart with another blood sample so another hour waiting. They did not call me to tell me how bad he was. I had to call every 2 hours to get an update. He spent another night there instead of being rushed to the specialist, which I requested early afternoon. Didn't get update until 1:30am. They made him walk out when we went to get him to finally get him to specialist. He could not breathe and they made him walk out!! 30 min later he died in our arms. As we carried our baby out, the vet ran out after us to say he'll send us the remaing 1.2k bill which we had paid!!! Over 2k for 2 nights of neglect. Do not take your pet here.

I can't thank the kind vet and the very kind nurse and front desk staff when I took my 17 year old dog Shadow too Priory, From the time we arrived every thing was explained the kindness shown to shadow and us was unbelievable Shadow had to be put to sleep the vet couldn't of been more compassionate every stage was explained. I will be bringing him home when his cremation is completed. Thank you all. Tony and family.

Have been coming here 4/5 years with my rats and they have always been amazing and knowledgeable, laura and rob are both amazing with rats and there are more than one exotics knowledgeable vet nurses on the staff. Theyve always done their best to keep their costs down for me and the out of hours workers also always try their best with what they can.

AVOID THIS VET. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ANIMALS AND THEN LOSE IRREPLACEABLE ITEMS OR DON'T DO THEM AT ALL. THEY DIDN'T DO MY PAW PRINTS WHEN I ASKED FOR 3 SETS. Their 24 hour team is disgusting. I phoned last Thursday morning at 5.30am to discover my elderly cat had lost the use of her back legs and collapsed, after speaking with the person on the end of the phone they didn't care , told me it was a blood clot and to wait and phone at 8am when the next team were on duty. My poor cat was in alot of discomfort and had to have end of life. I was told to go with this vet by my cattery lady as they were 24 hours. I would never use this vets again due to the lack of help from their 24 hour team Whilst we had to wait another 2 .5 hours for the next team to come on they did fit us in for end of life. I asked for my cat to be cremated and to have 3 sets of paw prints for the kids. I picked up her ashes when I got home I checked the contents of the bag no paw prints. I phoned immediately but she didn't know where they were and was pretty useless, said she would phone the following day but didn't. I only got a call about my review which I've added content. I asked about my paw prints and now I have to wait a further 2 days for another phone call. I don't know why they didn't do them my children are devastated and so am I. So an update they phoned me and never did the paw prints. Now I have to tell the children. Absolutely disgusting

My dog kali is registered here and they are massively recommended by me. My dog is a rescue and is very nervous and they are fab. She has had injections, been spayed and has regular checks here, can't fault any of the staff all very polite, kind and understanding. Always have appointments to offer where needed.
