   Been here before around 2016 when dad had appointments for his Dementia - had to accompany him.... Cafe is no longer in the foyer, which is a shame really , as it was good coffee and cake here. It's just another room for treatments now. Came today for my first CBT session 24/6/24.

   I used the Physio dept on the second floor - I had an appointment. There is a receptionist on the ground floor to direct you to the correct floor. At the physio dept. there is no receptionist. Find a seat in their waiting room area and wait. The physio will come out at your allocated time and call you in for your appointment. Staff have been very punctual at my three visits.

   Excellent service today by the NHS eye clinic at the hospital Waited for my father to travel a cross the city after a mix up with addresses. The eye technician was excellent and couldn’t be any better, making the experience very enjoyable.
