“What a fantastic experience, so friendly and professional. There is not one bad thing about this whole procedure. Doctor T and her team made everything seem so easy. They were open to all questions and comprehensive in their responses. No question went unanswered, and delivered with enthusiasm, which was infectious. The 7 plus hours seemed like 30 minutes. This review is after only 5 days, so the test will be the next 9 months or so, when the results will be seen. The confidence and professionalism that was shown throughout the day leave me with absolute confidence of a successful end result. However I know that if there is a problem this team will sort it out, 100%. If anyone reading this is worried about the pain, don't be, on a scale of one to 10, I would struggle to say one, and that's only because of a slight headache and soreness on the scalp. A few pin pricks at the start and then before you know it it's over - lay back and enjoy!! TY Doctor T and your great team.”

“I used the Physio dept on the second floor - I had an appointment. There is a receptionist on the ground floor to direct you to the correct floor. At the physio dept. there is no receptionist. Find a seat in their waiting room area and wait. The physio will come out at your allocated time and call you in for your appointment. Staff have been very punctual at my three visits.”

“I recently had tooth extractions for both lower wisdom tooth that were impacted. I was very nervous but the whole team are very professional and explained things clearly including advice on aftercare. During the procedure I had the lovely hygienist with me throughout and felt calm and supported without a worry. In addition lovely thoughtful receptionist Jessica who is thoughtful and caring always and followed up few days later with a call to check. If you’re a nervous person this place is the place to go with all amazing staff members who take great care. It is a clean and calm space.”

“Absolutely amazing service from Elena . I went for my lips which I've not had done before and was a little nervous, Elena spoke me through everything in detail - I have/had very thin lips especially my top lip and she explained my plan in detail on how to create nice lips for me. I'm over the moon with just my initial treatment. Everything was new and taken out fresh packets. Calming environment I would recommend 100%. Can't wait to go back”

“I took my friend on wednesday to the clinic, my friend is young so she was so nervous as she hadn’t experienced anything like this before, the workers at this clinic are the most caring, proffessional, genuine people i have ever met, and to manage to bring light and kindness to such a scary situation is honestly amazing. they supported my friend in every way possible and let me be there with her through the whole process, i know that she felt at ease as the people who cared for her were supportive and informative at every step of the way, and all went above and beyond to make sure she was as comfortable as possible. “I honestly cannot fault Hickings Lane Medical Centre. As someone who works full time, they do their best to accommodate me when I need an appointment or advice. This includes receptionists, nurses, social prescribing staff and GPs. I know not everyone will but I find the app convenient and helpful and when I contact the practise through this I always get a response. Guys you are amazing!”

“I have always had a positive experience with the practice. I have a young son and the receptionists have always made him a priority and gone the extra mile to make sure he was seen usually the same day. Not to wind anyone up - this is good practice for infants as they can really deteriote quickly. I changed doctors after 29 years due to a house move and I have no complaints. Glad I chose Linden and as somebody who knows how hard things are for you doctors receptionists (my mother previously resigned from her role) you are doing a great job.”
