   We have been with this surgery for over 30 years but sadly it has gone downhill. You could always get an appointment on the day morning or afternoon but now that doesn't often happen. The phone system isn't as good with long waiting times to get through and then being told they are fully booked! The doctors and nurses are still brilliant when you can actually get to see them! In the past this surgery stood out with their well run appointment system but now its very stressful trying to get an appointment and having to ring every day just to see someone.

   Impossible to get an appointment, been told by a nurse last time I was seen in April to call back if my problem persists. Well my problem persists but impossible to get back in. Given up with trying now, just want it out there incase it develops into something more serious

   I attempted to book an appointment today with the nurse for a pre hospital visit. After climbing up a call stack of five, and after conversation with the receptionist, I was put though to the Nurse, but the call was dropped. I called back and got to the top of the calls waiting - got put through, and then was hung up on. Called back and got to the top of the waiting calls of six - and the call was dropped. I have given up. Is the technology, or a people issue I wonder. However, this today was a service below any expected standard!

   Rang up at 9 o’clock for a doctor to come out and still waiting at 3 o’clock after being told that one would be coming befor dinner. rang up twice to see why one hadn’t been yet and they say it’s not one of our doctors there coming from the visiting hub so I can’t tell you how long there going to be but hang on in there. I’ve waited 6 hours now.
