   I really struggled to get through the phones, they're either closed, straight to voicemail or very long queue times. Parking is £3 an hour.

   Took mum in her wheelchair for assessment, they need to clean her ears but that nurse is off today. So, what was the point? It took a lot of careful planning to get mum into the clinic on time and then I had to take her back to the home and she's deaf for another 2 weeks.

   Whilst I think the hearing tests and other assessments were completed correctly the audiologist spoke quietly with an heavy accent which made the whole experience quite frustrating and had to keep asking her to repeat herself. A smile and some training on a good beside manner would not have gone miss either. Overall unimpressed especially when we have waited over 18 months to get to this point.

   EXTREMELY HOT INSIDE! The NHS could save £'s if they turn it down literally 10+ degrees. If you suffer with your breathing, as do I please take a powerful handheld fan, it's pretty stifling. Apart from that everything is signposted which is a good thing as reception is run by volunteers & so not always available. If you can't manage stairs the lifts are a great advantage. There's a nice little Cafe area if you want to have a break before or after your appointment and toilets are close by too. . . Bonus! There's parking right outside which is super helpful & Taxis can drop off / pick up with no problem. The wait time was 0, the lady at the reception desk in that department I attended was friendly & professional as was the lady who did my scans. So, all in all a really good experience, I've just taken a mark off because of the heating. It's a 9/10 from me.

   Missed an audiology appointment for my son as I had to work. Got a letter a few days later threatening child services would step in as I wasn't caring for my son. Absolutely disgusting. Will be transfering to kings mill.

   Waited 30 minutes for my call to be answered to be then told 'we are temporarily closed' and promptly cut off. The website says it is open till 6pm. If this is not the case then this needs updating.

   Blue badge parking out front. Nice little café for drinks and snacks. Toilets, water fountains all available. Audiology services, breast screening and eye screening all available here. Can be contacted by phone or email.
