   I have been taking my daughter to see Gemma for a few months now. Debilitating lower back pain was really causing her problems during sport and exercise. We were instantly reassured by meeting Gemma that she would be able to help. I have visited a number of physio's before - Gemma is a cut above everyone. Her knowledge is amazing and she is very thorough with her questioning each week. She knew exactly how to help my daughter and was nicely firm to her about her helping herself and doing her exercises regularly. Gemma is very likeable and we enjoyed our sessions with her very much. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her - an outstanding professional.

   I first saw Gemma 4 months ago with a shoulder pain which was preventing me from training effectively. Her attention to detail and abundant knowledge and patience has meant I am now back training more intensively than I have for a long time. Due to her thorough analysis we have been able to identify other areas which need working on and I am already noticing a huge difference in my strength and also my recovery. The recap messages after the sessions have been a great help when remembering the recommended exercises.Thank you Gemma, you are amazing!!
