Such a treat to visit the spa and have an individual treatment. Leisure pool with a lane for serious swimmers, saunas of varying types, hot tub, foot spa and wonderful warm tropical rain shower. Staff are efficient and helpful. Lockers, showers, changing cubicles, nice cafe and even a walking trail. Worth a visit!
Birthday treat for my best friend. We played mini golf then used the health facilities which were very nice. Clean and tidy. Only disappointment is the cafe, hardly able to call itself a restaurant. Food mediocre, staff not very friendly and expensive for what you get. I went a few years ago and standards in the catering department have definitely slipped.
Just wanted to say a massive thank-you to all the teams who contributed to making my sons wedding a memorable day from start to finish. Special mention to Julie for supporting James and Leanne throughout the whole process and for all her support on the day. Also Kevin who also looked after us and nothing was too much trouble for him. Thanks also to the catering team as food, drinks and service were excellent throughout.( One little observation would be more toast with the pate as it didn't allow you to finish the delicious pate). Must also mention the breakfast team on Sunday who coped admirably when we all turned up at once for breakfast. Overall it was a very special day supported by all your teams from all departments. I would certainly recommend the China Fleet to anyone looking to book a wedding. Many thanks.
I'm reviewing based on both the Aqua spa and the afternoon tea! The spa is great. Very reasonable priced, given more than enough time to enjoy the facilities. They don't overcrowd the spa so that you aren't able to enjoy it. Lots of different areas to experience and relax in. Access to the pool which is great. Changing rooms are lovely. Offer lockers, costume dryers & hair dryers. Showers also have soap. Overall - great. Afternoon tea (best I've had). Sandwiches were lovely, scones were the best I had ever tasted. Perfect combination of fluffy but with a little crunch. I'm sure the jam was home made? Perfectly sweet and I don't like jam so that says a lot! Carrot cake pot was gorgeous, little caramel tort was delicious and the white chocolate/lemon fancie was stunning!! Presentation was great, customer service was very good and the servers kept our water and tea topped up!! Only points would be, probably another sandwhich? A lot more sweet then savoury options! I wasn't to keen on the rocky road but that's a preference I believe!! I've been twice now to do both and will be back again.
Spa day with my 2 grown up daughters. We had a fabulous day from the start to finish. All staff we came into contact with were friendly and helpful. Spa and treatments were amazing. Lunch was excellent and my food allergies were catered for perfectly. Thank you China Fleet
From the grounds to the swimming pool, everything was fab. Staff are welcoming throughout, and the aqua spa/swimming pool experience was relaxing and well worth the £20 for two hours. Food was good quality and served quickly with a smile, and the brasserie had a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. I will return with friends and family
We used to be members of another nearby club and decided to give China Fleet a go. Way better than anything else you find in this area. Their facilities are state of the art and the place is family friendly which is an important factor for us. I would think we will stay members here whilst we live in this area. Great team, great facilities, great food also.
We went to the aqua spa, £20 for 2 hours of relaxation. Absolute bliss. Ample free parking. Whatever they have in the showers left my hair softer than it has ever been! Highly recommended experience
Great driving range, with touchscreen that track the ball and swings, very enjoyable. Shop on site is very good and reasonably priced. Closeby toilets and club cleaning facilities. Area looked clean and tidy. Great to be able to order drinks to your pod via the app. A wider variety of food would be great. Can't wait to come back
