Dr Pandey has been outstanding and we couldnt wish for better care. The whole team in every interaction we have had have been understanding of our situation, and shown true care and compassion.    Dr. Abraham Francis failed so badly in his cares with us 9 years ago that I have experienced extreme trauma for those 9 years including PTSD and flashbacks alongside my marriage nearly breaking up and terrible loss due to his poor care (We lost our baby due to his incompetence and it is only now that I can face dealing with it). I note now on the reviews that he is still failing in patient care and therefore feel that I would like responses in private regarding this doctor, as he clearly needs to be reviewed by the GMC. Can I just add that the response from Care Fertility is I believe endeavouring to create a false truth of what occurred. I have also not spoken to Care Fertility about this properly yet with my husband present due to these failings in care and the distress that this has caused, impacting on being able to discuss these issues in depth at this time. This is not a 'false negative result,' (which by the way illustrates the lack of empathy and dehumanising of our experience by Care Fertility) but rather a consistent failing in care from beginning to end by Dr. Abraham Francis throughout the whole of our fertility journey with him, as Care Fertility management are very well aware of and need to address effectively. This man did not show any empathy, consideration or care of myself and my husband throughout our journey leading to assumptions being made about us by him due to his failure to do his job effectively. These ongoing issues regarding his approach towards us in his care including, misdiagnosis, misinformation, miscommunication and consistent failings in consideration of our needs and that of our little one, once implanted into me and resulting in this loss as a result. Good communication is at the heart of good care and this man, consistently failed to communicate effectively and show respect to either myself as a woman or my husband. This is not good enough and should not be seen as acceptable.

   After deciding to donate my eggs I chose this clinic because of personal recommendations from friends. From the beginning the process has been straight forward and easy. When attending my first visit I was slightly nervous but a special shout out to Charlotte on reception for her warm, uplifting, positive attitude. She put me straight at ease and made me feel very relaxed.

   Care Fertility have been quick to take payment, but when it comes to providing documentation, the response is far too slow. We requested our documentation in mid-July and, several weeks later, we are still waiting - even after chasing it up. This kind of delay is completely unacceptable, especially during such a sensitive and time-pressured journey. Administrative efficiency and patient support need serious improvement.

   Horrible experience. Staff at Nottingham were not professional, and would not trust this company. Satellite clinics were excellent, but Nottingham care was not the same quality of care. Embryos did not survive although this is a rare phenomenon in freezing and thawing. If anyone is looking for a good fertility clinic, please try elsewhere, as would not want you to loose hope.

   Great experience with Care Fertility Nottingham, couldn’t recommend them enough. All the staff were lovely and very welcoming. Everything was explained to us and they made us feel very comfortable. We started our treatment process at the end of January 2022 and we’ve just had our 8 week scan! We are so thankful and cannot thank care enough for helping us on this journey to parenthood xx

   Care Nottingham are absolutely amazing. So warm & welcoming with the science to back it up . We started our treatment in 2017. SSR and ICSI . We now have our now 2 year old son born April 2018 & cannot thank them enough. Everyone at Care just shines support . The reception, admin, marketing & accounts staff not to mention the Nurses & Doctors are so informative & caring. We wouldn’t have our family without & they will be apart of our lives forever. Nothing is to much for them & although they must see so many people through the ups & downs you always feel like the only one. The location is so handy & private. You are greeted with a smile & put at ease straight away. I have been since Covid 19 and it is all very safe & although it’s a different experience I would not trust any where else . Miracles do happen & if you need this sort of help you couldn’t be in better hands.
