   I stayed one night at this Premier Inn for £131 (without breakfast). There was no Wi-Fi coverage in my room, and even my mobile network barely worked inside. But the worst part came later – two weeks after my stay, I received a £57 parking charge from Horizon Parking claiming I had used the car park illegally. This is ridiculous because I registered my car’s number plate with the reception staff and filled out the form they gave me. Clearly the hotel failed to enter it into the system. I appealed the charge, but because I deleted my reservation email after checkout, Horizon rejected the appeal. I am now having to send my bank statement to prove I actually stayed here. I called Premier Inn customer service twice asking for help, but they refused to contact the parking company and told me to deal with it myself. Very unhelpful and extremely disappointing. After paying £131 for one night with no Wi-Fi and then being hit with a parking fine due to their mistake, I definitely won’t be staying here again.

   Very large extended Premier inn right next to Phoenix Park tram terminus for convenient access to the city centre. Quick access to M1 motorway and petrol station nearby. Car parklng, small kids playground, outside tablesI. Ideal for a M1 stopover or a trip to Nottingham. Beefeater restaurant and bar. This place used to be good value and busy but prices have crept up and some of the decor is a little faded in the restaurant, bar and outside area

   We love staying at premier inn and always book a premier plus room for extra space, newly refurbished rooms and those little extras (Nespresso machine, sparkling water and Green&Blacks chocolate) The room was spotless and comfy. Staff were friendly and efficient. We did not have food as already eaten but menu looked lovely and breakfasts as always are great value.

   Hotel is getting old, have stayed in a few Premier Inns lately and this is the poorest one. No air-conditioning room very warm, couldn't leave window open due too noise. Bathroom was clean but flooring strained. But in good position for M1. Food was a Beefeater very poor. Long list of items unavailable on menu, food they did have poor. Server on our table was nice and friendly. But the manager who lead us to table was poor, and we saw her be abrupt and rude to customers.

   Rooms are very tiered but still comfortable. Restaurant isn't really big enough for the number of people booked in for breakfast, seeing as you can arrive when you want. There didn't appear to be enough staff to cope with amount of customers, so waiting for and asking for tables to be cleared. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

   Absolutely the worst Premier Inn we've ever stayed in, and weve stayed in quite a few! Room was dirty, stained bedding and pillows, looked like blood stain on the carpet, mould all over the bathroom. One towel in the bathroom for 2 adults and a teenager in a Family room, reception did give us another but said it was generally one towel per room. No tables available to eat til after 7 (when we would be at a party) so had to get a sandwich from the petrol station across the road. Not enough tables at Breakfast either, was given a table in the bar, which was OK but again, badly stained upholstery on the chairs, had to ask for cutlery. We generally stay in Premier Inns since my son was little as the standard was good and it was great for families, but the standards of this one was the worse one weve been in by far.

   We checked in quite late and still had a friendly smile to greet us. Large comfortable beds, a range of pillows, all the amenities you'd expect. Very clean and comfortable. Ideal stop for Nottingham with public transport links nearby. Highly recommended!

   The staff were very welcoming and delightful to talk to. The room was very clean. There's housekeeping everyday around 12pm. There are a few buildings that contains the rooms and a main building where the reception is. There's a button in each building to contact reception if needed. Overall, very quiet hotel.

   Nice comfy bed and clean room, but it did look tired. Cracked, flaky ceiling and a few scrapes and chips in the walls and frames. Service was fast and friendly but I did have to walk to the other side of the hotel to reach my room (234). Which was a pain, especially as I had been on the road for 5hrs. Not a bad location, next to a team park, but close to a busy road.
