Exclusive Designs is hands down the best furniture store in Belfast! Their pieces are stunning and really stand out – you won’t find anything like it elsewhere. Totally unprofessional.ordered and paid in full for a fireplace suite.it arrived looking absolutely terrible from her supplier Stonebridge fireplaces in Armagh.they proceeded to have a falling out and i was told to call in for a refund.i said they would pay for my petrol..so no fireplace in the end.wont be back
Bought few things from this place,there customer service is terrible,told me 1 of my items would be replaced,then changed her mind,everything we bought was damaged,they need personality transplants as I never dealt with worse cheek,couldn’t get a word in either as they never shut their mouths,wouldn’t recommend this place and I most definitely won’t ever be back or step foot in the place again
Absolutely disgraceful treatment, bought a few things from them and 2 of the items damaged when I got them, they won’t stand over either of them and say that we damaged them, they even called my wife a torture! I am disgusted at this utter rudeness and will never go back again, I advise you to stay away!
