   Today Jack showed us around two potential houses we are wanting to buy. As first time buyers, this whole process is completely new, so being greeted by Jacks warm friendly presence was a relief! Jack showed us around both properties, letting us take our time and answering all questions we had. Jack was super kind and down to earth and made us feel at ease. We still have some decisions to make, however Jack made this overwhelming process a lot less stressful. Thank you!

   We viewed a property in Carlton area with John who was very friendly and helpful. His professionalism blended with friendliness was really outstanding. Second Day of viewings with Nick, we were amazed with his commitment to his job and how consultative he was. He went the extra mile(s) at least 3 times in one day to facilitate more viewings for us in the area and streched himself to move times so that we could leave the area on time for school run. I can’t do justice by words to describe how happy we were with his service.

   I have 2 viewings with Claire, she was very professional , genuine & friendly. She was incredibly knowledgeable about both properties from what year property was built to when boilers etc where fitted. She also appeared to want me to find the best property that suited my needs and not focused on what commission she may gain (unlike some other i have met). We need more Claire's in this business. She is definitely an asset to David James

   So far has been excellent. I earlier was with a student letting firm that dabbled in mainstrem letting but I found them unresponsive and, as it turns out, way out of touch with how best to prepare and market a quality property such as we own in Mapperley. From the first call to David James to getting the property ready and marketed and applicant shortlisting to finally signing a new tenancy it has been a complete joy and stress-free. Victoria was superb and her team Grace & Charlotte who took over are just brilliant at their job. ** UPDATED *** Month 3 and I upgraded to Full Management with David James. It's abundantly clear to me they really are good at what they do.
