My partner and I were first time buyers and were entirely new to the property market and we were experiencing endless struggles with our solicitors; but DMW were so informative and helpful in the whole process! Our recent experience with DMW Letting Agency (through a Zoopla listing) was highly unsatisfactory. After attending a scheduled viewing, we confirmed our interest within two hours. The agent collected our information and advised that the landlord would respond the following day. We were extremely disappointed to later be informed — only after calling them ourselves — that the landlord had chosen another applicant. We found this surprising, as we assumed they would not arrange a viewing if another party had already been accepted. At no point were we told that someone else was being considered, and the agent initially acted as though everything was progressing positively, so the outcome was unexpected and disheartening. We also cancelled other scheduled viewings because we trusted their process and believed our prompt confirmation would be taken seriously. The lack of transparency and communication left us feeling that we were not treated fairly. To make matters worse, the property is still listed online and has not been taken down, adding further confusion and frustration. Overall, this was a very poor experience with DMW Letting Agency, and we do not recommend their service to anyone. Clearer communication and fairer treatment of prospective tenants are urgently needed. To clarify, the issue was not that another applicant was chosen — we understand that this is possible. The problem was that we were told we would receive an update the next day, but no one contacted us. We only found out after chasing for an answer. If we were informed promptly, we would not have cancelled other viewings. The property also remains listed online, which added to the confusion. This review reflects the lack of communication, not the landlord’s decision.
Dan and his team managed our rental property for nearly 10 years..incredible service as was the professional and outstanding help when we decided to sell..nothing was too much trouble. Always there when help and advice needed. Do not hesitate to use DMW..whether letting or selling..highly recommend..and I don't often say that. Thank you to everyone at the best local estate agency .

I find the whole team very responsive to any requests, regularly keeping me updated with the ongoing sale and pushing the sale forward as fast as they can. I feel very confident in DMW , I feel that they provide a more personal service that looks after my interests.

We have recently moved out of a property managed by DMW and we were there for 7 years. Despite the landlord changing a few times, DMW themselves were always very quick to address problems and our concerns. Our deposit was returned without any fuss that you often hear about and they generally made our time at the property very easy.
DMW worked very hard to get us new tenants. At considerably less cost than other local estate agents, DMW gave us no less service. We opted for the let, inventory and fee deposit service and these were well handled. Property photos were excellent, and Dan was a superb host, meeting, greeting and showing the property to prospective tenants. Tammy kept us updated and chased any outstanding issues with no delays. They understood and applied our requirements well. So grateful for their help and will definitely recommend them.
