Renting with Wise Living was hassle free with clear and frequent communication. Checks and confirmations were carried out quite quickly as well. The apartment looked great, was clean, with great amenities. I also got “welcome goodies.” Damian was particularly helpful with viewing, moving in and afterwards as well. I recommend!
My review has mixed feelings, in regards of maintenance and property management everything is great - Damian is great to every detail after all of his visits you can see difference and that works has been done! I used to have some issues with my neighbours Damian has helped me to find certain solutions and speak with the neighbours) Wise living website is rarely updated when I moved in I noticed that I was paying 70£ more every month than advertised on the website - when contacted they mentioned that it was outdated however kept the old price for months(not sure if its updated now) Rent increases - its once every term - Since I moved in here 3 years ago my rent jumped from 730 to now 910 that’s pretty much 20% increase I feel like if you are living in the property and not causing too many issues your rent should not jump by 20% (I understand its unavoidable- however the % is just too high)
We had a few issues when we first moved in that were left over from the previous tenant. But otherwise we love our flat. Can be hard to get a response to emails/issues raised from the office, but we're really lucky to have Damian that is on site frequently. He's always really helpful, easy to speak to and tries to resolve things where he can. It helps bridge that gap between tenants and the office. Overall, we live in a lovely community and we're happy here.
Recently moved into our new home with Wise Living. We applied which was a super straight forward application and then was given a provisional move in date which ended up being longer than we thought but when we got the keys we fell in love with the house. Emma and Patrick both fantastic and couldn’t do enough for you. Don’t always be fooled with reviews. Everyone has their own opinions. Thanks for all your help!
They don't deserve even 1 star! We moved out of the property three months ago and are still waiting to receive our deposit back. We have never had any problems with rental properties in the past, and we have excellent references for the way we leave every home we have rented. Unfortunately, this company has been a completely different experience. First, they claimed there were just a few small items to deduct, and then, after three months, they suddenly invented a long list of extra charges that had never been mentioned before. Shockingly, they are now trying to withhold almost 60% of the deposit, which is being dispute over TDS. To make it even more unreasonable, we do not have pets, there are no children, we don’t smoke, and we were barely at the property apart from sleeping. The house was left in excellent condition. They don’t even respond properly to emails, and the so-called inspection is carried out without the tenant being present, with no quotations or invoices provided for the supposed works. This is not a professional rental company, it is a joke of a company, operating like a scam take deposit money from tenants. Avoid this company at all costs, even if you are desperate to rent, it is not worth the trouble.
I had good flow of information and prompt help from wise living. The journey was a smooth flow and l am happy they were part of getting me a comfortable home. Thank you to wise living team.

Worst experience ever. Do not rent with this company. We had numerous problems during our time at the property they didn’t do anything to fix any of the problems listed. When we moved out they charged us a bill of over £600 for damages which we had not caused. We left the home spotless and they find a reason to charge anyway for everything they couldn’t give us any information we needed and took weeks to reply and kept adding more onto the bill. They knew about certain things which were their fault and they still blame you and charge you for them. They’re horrendously unprofessional and will scam you. Many tenets also had the same experience.
