   Robert Ellis letting has been a great help in getting our son settled into accommodation after moving from Manchester. Hannah Sutcliffe has been such a great help, and even passing on items which do not come under her remit. Making sure we were advised or aware that someone has been informed and hopefully get things fixed. Nothing is too much and my son is aware of what he can do /or is available to him for assistance. Thank you Hannah for giving peace and assurance to us. From very grateful parents. People have mentioned how happy our son is since moving into his flat.

   Jai handled our application and tenancy agreement and was very personable and professional. We've dealt with a lot of letting agents over the years, having rented in 3 different cities and moved about a fair bit, and Robert Ellis is one I'd recommend. Very thorough (green flag!) and always prompt with communications. Moving is stressful as it is but we picked up keys the other day and Robert Ellis definitely helped it be as smooth as possible.

   We had a sceduled viewing and we did not turn up due to traffic on motorway. Ella waited for us in the property and made us calls and assured us she will wait until we arrive. We arrived an hour later, and when we went to the office, Ella showed very good understanding of that situation. She rather took us for more viewings after we arrived. She was extraordinarily cooperative and professional. She was honest and willing to help us. We were very much impressed with the way she did her job, and we valued and appreciated her dedication and cooperation. Highly recommended.
