We have just purchased our first home with Tristrams and I am honestly amazed at their service. Although Tristram’s were appointed by the seller, they completely guided us through the entire process as first-time buyers. Both Talia and Kirsten were so helpful, lovely to speak to and regularly provided us with updates. We decided to go with the solicitors recommended by Tristram’s and I honestly feel it was the best decision. Kirsten especially, was very efficient in her communication between all parties, meaning I rarely needed to chase for updates. I genuinely cannot recommend Tristram’s enough, particularly Talia and Kirsten. We will definitely be in contact with Tristrams for any of our future endeavours.

Brilliant service from Tristram’s Charlie Smith in appraising my property for rental market and guiding myself and my partner through the process as first time landlords. Very quick responses via email, rapidly listed the property and found great tenants and handled the whole process professionally and efficiently. My experience with Tristram was excellent! I got speaking to Luke and after taking my details, he helped with my application, a few hours later, he called me that the landlord was pleased with my application. He also mediated between the landlord and I with regards to the tenancy start day. The whole process is commendable and I will recommend their service to anyone.
My experiences with Tristram's have been rather pleasant. The letting agent, Tom, who accompanied me to the viewings was friendly, honest and genuine; I really appreciated him! Only a few hours after completing an application form, I got a call from Luke to discuss my application. He promptly discussed it with the landlady and I was able to move into the new property within 10 days. The whole process was rather smooth and all paperwork and referencing were taken care of online which suited me as I did not live locally. In short, I would certainly recommend Tristram's!
