   Property was close to the Uni rugby fields, tram stop about a 5-8min walk (very convenient when you want to experience the lovely old pubs in the city centre), house was great, well kept, clean & had all the amenities we needed for our 5-night stay. Fire was a bonus which we used instead of putting the heating on (it was cold and rainy on these summer days), BBQ was also a great addition (albeit a tad small for the amount of people) . Mattresses are soft, rooms decorated with style. Quite a busy road but noise can't be heard from inside with windows closed and if you reverse park, you can get out at peak times with ease. Nothing was a problem with the owner, quick to reply & very helpful with area/requirements. Thank you, would definitely recommend.

   We have had the pleasure of staying in 2 of the properties with Scarlett Stays and cannot rate them enough. This review is for the 4 bed house so don't be confused by the review further down that is evidently about the 2 bed apartment - which may I add we had no issue with the heating system and in fact found it very easy to use and regulate. We also read the descriptions which clearly advised steps to descend at the property. Any way not to take away the review here for School Lane - It is beautiful, it has absolutely everything and more that you could want from a home from home. The log burner, the large kitchen, the cosy living room and the very comfortable beds are spot on. I would highly recommend that you visit all the properties Scarlett Stays has to offer because they are brilliant. We will continue to use Scarlett Stays when ever we require a property in Nottingham. Thanks also to Kate, she is very accommodating and pleasure to communicate with.

   Stayed here whilst attending a wedding it was perfect. Would like to return in the cold weather to try out the lovely log burner. Kate was brilliant and welcoming. House had everything we needed and no little touch was overlooked. Not often you arrive to one of these places and have milk in the fridge, chocolates and biscuits waiting for you. Will definitely return. Thanks so much

   I am a recognised Google Local guide, and I am somehow bound to tell the truth only. Haha. So read on. We had a decent time at Nottingham and stayed with Scarlett Stays. The location was prime as I must say to the city and many places to shop and also it's really close to Nottingham Palace and other good spots. The lady in charge of the apartment and helping us settle was very helpful. Oh, we even have some biscuits and cereals and milk and,of course, tea and sugar to start our stay with. They are really thoughtful. The apartment is not the best for someone with buggy and baby as you will have to decent using stairs (it is what it is if you choose the apartment at Newcastle Drive). Also, for some reason, there is a powerful heating system in the property, yet the draft coming through to actually feel cold is real. We flagged this, and the lady in charge was helpful and to even send an engineer in to sort one of the bedroom out. These setbacks don't mean the apartment is not good; it's actually really good. If you don't have small babies and don't mind carrying things up and down the stairs, then it is settled. You should call Scarlett Stays as the customer service experience alone for me is worth 3 stars, but I gave 4 as we had a good time. Oh, one last thing, the TV do have access to free Netflix and Wi-Fi (and Amazon Prime if you can use your login details - make sure to log out), so many tick boxes there. Enjoy
