Had been with two bigger named estate agents prior to using Castle. The two bigger companies failed to sell our property and actually secured only 3 viewings between the two of them over 6 months. Joe from Castle secured 2 viewings within weeks and the second viewing bought our property . Joe has been excellent throughout and very professional, he always returned phone calls and e mails quickly. The service of Castle Estates is wonderful, and comprehensive. The explanations of the letting procedures are clear and reminders to specific requirements are given so as to make the letting process quite smooth.
I was in a student house for a year and they took months to fix anything and when they had people round, they would always do a half job. Signed the contract only a day before move in, they then made me do it twice because they took too long and the request expired. Was so last minute that I had no idea if I would even have a place to live for that year. They were not helpful and I had a really bad experience living in a property run by them. Would not recommend
I had a viewing with castle states letting agents, for a studio, and even though we had a confirmation issue, so when I got to the place there was no one, I called and they came straight away to show me the studio. The man was really kind and sorry about the missunderstood. After that, I was about to apply to get the studio but even though I didn't at the end, they were really kind.
